Whilst an x-ray is an important diagnostic tool, it is important to realise that there are risks involved.

A copy of the leaflet will be given to you at the time of referral and you will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns that you may have with one of our clinicians or with the x-ray department prior to the x-ray.
You can check whether there has been any last minute changes to the opening times of the x-ray centres (for example due to maintenance or breakdown) by telephoning 0191 5410065.
